The NEAR Foundation seeks to hire a Technical Product Lead who will report to the Head of Product. As a Technical Product Lead, your primary role will involve serving as a key advisor and contributor across various product work streams within the NEAR ecosystem. Responsibilities:
Leading the technical aspects of product development which includes defining technical requirements, architecture, and implementation strategies.

Requirements:
5+ years of technical product management experience.

Demonstrated track record of establishing technical strategies for large and complex organizations.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical audiences and articulate strategies to a technical audience.

Substantial technical background with knowledge and experience in the web3 and blockchain industry (experience with NEAR or AI will be a bonus).
