- Designed and developed the E-Tracking and E-Verification System for the Department of Immigration, digitizing the work permit and citizenship application process for foreign nationals and significantly reducing turnaround times. -Built advanced BI analytics dashboards for the Foreign Nationals System, providing actionable insights across citizenship, permits, student passes, and foreign national certificates. -Contributed to the re-engineering of the Foreign Nationals System, including the automation of reporting workflows by streamlining Crystal Reports autorun, which enhanced efficiency and accuracy in reporting. -Developed the TPAD (Teacher Performance Appraisal and Development) system for the Teachers Service Commission (TSC), fully digitizing teacher appraisals and registration, improving compliance tracking and transparency across the education sector.
