Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of dynamic engineering teams, including requirements grooming, scrums, retrospectives, and team gatherings.

Develop, maintain, and optimize APIs, user-facing interfaces, services, and systems.

Actively participate in coding activities and provide direct support to engineering team members.

Offer technical and architectural guidance for platform development, integration, testing, and maintenance.

Requirements:

3+ years of technical leadership experience.

7+ years of software engineering experience.

Proficiency in Go, Java, and/or Javascript coding languages (3+ years).

Hands-on experience in designing and deploying secure, scalable products and services.

Desire to continue hands-on coding activities and mentor team members.

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to make challenging decisions.

Experience managing remote teams.
