What you'll be responsible for:
Joining the Circle Business team, you will take the lead in crafting training content to equip our team in supporting global prospects and customers effectively. Your role will involve contributing to Enablement initiatives to streamline tools, knowledge sharing, and communication strategies.
What you'll work on:
- Leading the planning, design, execution, and assessment of product training for the Business team.
- Creating and managing specialized resources tailored to roles and locations, such as job aids and training materials.
- Contributing to knowledge management and tool enhancement strategies.
- Designing engaging online training modules to boost staff knowledge and confidence in customer service.
- Developing and updating quick references and other training materials.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to enhance onboarding, skill development, and product support training.
- Designing learning activities and assessments to validate learning outcomes.
- Identifying knowledge gaps through research and alignment with internal stakeholders.
- Staying updated on instructional design best practices.

What you'll bring to Circle:
- Proven experience collaborating across functions to identify enablement needs and manage resources effectively for Business or Sales teams.
- 4+ years of expertise in Learning Design, Enablement, or Content Strategy.
- Proficiency in utilizing multiple systems for driving knowledge sharing, like LMS, Slack, GSuite, and Salesforce.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen editorial acumen.
- Strong organizational skills to handle concurrent projects effectively.
- Self-motivated learner capable of adapting to evolving technologies with minimal guidance.
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, and Apple MacOS preferred.
- Experience working in geographically dispersed teams is advantageous.
Additional Information:
- Eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for suitable candidates.
- Cooling Bonus Target: 12.5%.
