Responsibilities:

Qualifications for Success at Circle:
Minimum of 12 years of full-time experience in treasury, banking, payments, or related sectors.
Over 5 years of experience in team management, building, and leadership.
Proven track record in establishing and scaling operations functions.
Resilient work ethic suited for fast-paced environments.
Effective management of multiple concurrent priorities.
Curiosity and interest in macroeconomics and business cycle modeling.
Familiarity with the cryptocurrency and web3 environments and their intersections with traditional finance.
Proficiency in advanced Excel/spreadsheet skills and basic computer programming knowledge (SQL, Python, AppScript, VBA, etc.).
Comfort working with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.
Fluency in Mandarin would be advantageous for interaction with stakeholders across the APAC region.
Willingness to travel for work purposes when required.
