The position will report to the Head of Institutional Sales (US) and presents an exciting opportunity for seasoned professionals in business development within the financial services and cryptocurrency space. Candidates based in the NYC Area are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth across BitGo's suite of solutions like qualified custody, staking, and prime services.
- Cultivate and enhance client relationships, particularly within the Venture Capital sector.
- Collaborate closely with the Coin team to strategize and optimize opportunities across custody and staking solutions for VC clients.
- Act as an ambassador for BitGo, representing products and services in client interactions and industry gatherings.
- Keep abreast of local market dynamics and competitive landscape developments.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in Digital Assets (preferred), in client-facing roles within capital markets or fintech.
- Profound comprehension of financial market intricacies, along with insights into the complexities of the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
- Proven track record in sales management or leadership, including lead generation, relationship building, and deal closure. Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of Custodial services, Trading, Lending, Staking, and prime brokerage model, and their value propositions.

Pay Transparency Notice: Base salary for this position ranges from $175,000 to $200,000 USD, with additional components like equity and performance bonuses, in alignment with location and experience level.
