BitGo is currently seeking a Director level addition to the Digital Asset Sales team. This position, reporting directly to the Managing Director and Global Head of Digital Asset Sales, presents an excellent opportunity for mid-level/business development professionals targeting financial services/cryptocurrency sectors, particularly focusing on North/South America and European time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the global head of digital asset sales to manage client relationships, assist in deal executions, and prepare necessary documentation and presentations.
- Conduct in-depth market research on crypto-related topics and assist in new service developments for developers and startups.
- Assist in managing client interactions, contractual documentation, billing processes, and coordination between internal teams and external clients effectively.
- Develop expertise in BitGo's offerings covering custody, trading, staking, lending, and DeFi products.
- Drive client requests, issue resolutions, and projects across various teams in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of client-facing experience.
- 2+ years of experience in the cryptocurrency industry.
- Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology.
- Proficient understanding of cryptocurrency trends and the ecosystem, including L1, L2, DeFi, and others.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Additional Qualifications:
- Existing relationships with coin foundations, token projects, or VC firms.
- Prior exposure to startups or startup environments.
- Knowledge of financial markets, custody, prime brokerage, lending, or trading is a plus.

Pay Range:
The base salary for this role typically ranges between $175,000 - $200,000 USD, with additional benefits including equity, performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits packages at applicable location and seniority levels.
