BitGo is seeking a full-time Senior Product Designer to join their team. Reporting to the Head of Design, this role will focus on developing innovative features for BitGo's Wallet Services. The ideal candidate is a passionate user advocate who can balance business goals with user needs. They should be self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects in a startup environment. This is a unique opportunity to work on product challenges that will shape the future of decentralized finance services.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design of digital product projects from research to launch
Participate in all aspects of the design process, including research, ideation, design, and user testing
Communicate user needs through personas, journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
Facilitate workshops, design reviews, user interviews, and internal lessons
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and advocate for design excellence
Maintain and enhance toolkits, design systems, and brand collateral
Contribute to the growth, productivity, and culture of the design team

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience designing web-based and mobile software
Deep understanding of the product design process, methodologies, and design tools
Ability to empathize with users and translate business requirements into intuitive designs
Confident in defending design decisions using data, design philosophy, and creative process
Strong visualization skills for complex data and user processes
Proficient in layout, iconography, typography, and information architecture
Passion for exploring new design methods, tools, and emerging technologies
Portfolio that showcases design solutions with case studies and process behind them

Nice to have:

Experience and interest in digital assets and Web3 technologies
Active participation in the design community through speaking, writing, and showcasing work
Knowledge of front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, etc.
Experience in building UI libraries and managing design systems

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on the level and location, the average compensation for this role is between $150,000 - $180,000 USD base salary. The package also includes equity, an annual performance bonus, and the benefits mentioned earlier.
