Compensation is structured based on reliable market research, considering factors such as experience level, location, and skill set. Annual discretionary variable remuneration reflects company, group, and individual performance and contribution.

As per the NYC salary transparency law, total compensation for this role ranges from $160,000 to $200,000 annually, in addition to the annual discretionary variable remuneration.
