The Engineering Team
Chainlink Labs' engineering team is at the forefront of advancing decentralized applications in the industry. It is responsible for maintaining a >70% market share in the oracle space, enabling smart contracts to securely interact with off-chain data and computation to solve real-world challenges.
We seek highly skilled and motivated individuals who collaborate effectively to solve complex problems, make a significant product impact, and grow as builders. If you join us, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of blockchain technology and decentralized finance.
We are actively expanding our core engineering teams, including those involved in the Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP), Blockchain Integrations, and projects related to VRF and Capital Markets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional engineering experience in a collaborative, product-driven environment
- Advanced proficiency in key languages such as Golang, Typescript, Solidity, or Rust
- Enthusiasm for blockchain, web3, and related decentralized technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals
- Comfortable working remotely as part of a globally distributed team operating across different time zones
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in project progress communication, dependency management, and risk mitigation with stakeholders
- Background in blockchain and Web 3.0 technologies as a developer
- Contribution to the open-source community
Our Selection Process
Chainlink Labs follows a role-agnostic hiring process for the core engineering teams. Candidates are evaluated against engineering standards and matched with the most appropriate team during the process. Opportunities to interact with engineers and leadership from different core teams are integral to this process.
All roles at Chainlink Labs are global and remote-based, with an expectation of some overlap with Eastern Standard Time working hours unless otherwise mentioned.
