Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional engineering experience in a collaborative product-focused setting
- Expertise in one or more core languages such as Golang, Typescript, Solidity, or Rust
- Enthusiasm for blockchain, web3, and decentralized technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals
- Comfortable working in a remote setting with a distributed team spanning multiple time zones
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in managing project communication, dependencies, and risk mitigation with stakeholders and partners
- Background in blockchain and other Web 3.0 technologies either as a web3 developer or backend service developer
- Previous contributions to the open-source community
