RESPONSIBILITIES:

Define the technical strategy for our Kotlin Multiplatform frontend foundation.

Collaborate with web, iOS, and Android teams to enhance Kotlin Multiplatform integration touchpoints.

Enhance our existing architecture to enable the delivery of a highly responsive trading system for users.

Champion engineering best practices within Kotlin and beyond.

Partner with cross-functional teams to advance product development.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience in technical leadership, managing large teams of engineers (10+).

Demonstrated success in executing complex frontend platform initiatives, e.g., technology stack transitions or architectural overhauls.

Track record of mentoring engineers of varying experience levels.

Solid expertise in Kotlin and Gradle (prior Kotlin Multiplatform exposure desirable).

Salary range for this role is $230K to $305K USD in New York. Compensation may vary based on experience and location. Published salary figures align with transparency laws; they exclude potential variable compensation elements like annual raises, bonuses, commissions, and equity incentives.

*: Token Metrics is seeking a skilled Senior QA Engineer to lead the Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising all software and product testing activities. Key responsibilities include developing test strategies, creating testing documents, identifying defects, and reviewing QA reports. The successful candidate must possess a strong background in analytics, problem-solving, and project management to ensure the QA department operates efficiently and enhances customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with software/product designers to establish quality assurance standards.

Lead the QA team in formulating QA test processes and frameworks.
