The Finance & Accounting (F&A) team encompasses various functions including Financial Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury, and Operations. Collaboratively, the team drives global finance initiatives, displaying meticulous attention to detail and adept multitasking abilities across a spectrum of engaging projects.
Responsibilities
- Timely preparation of month-end closing and group consolidation
- Creation of audit schedules and performance of necessary financial analysis
- Communication with auditors to address audit-related matters
- Support for daily financial operations within the team
- Assistance in testing and implementation of digital finance transformation solutions
- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders on accounting-related issues
- Completion of ad hoc tasks as directed by the team or management
Requirements
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in finance and/or accounting; experience with Big 4 audit firms is advantageous
- Professional qualification as a Qualified Accountant (e.g., HKICPA or equivalent) is a plus
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work independently
- Effective time management and ability to multitask efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
