Key Responsibilities:
The role of Corporate Platforms, Web & Tools Executive assumes pivotal significance in guiding our company through its growth phase by establishing exceptional online experiences for employees, executives, and esteemed customers. The ideal candidate should bring over 20 years of expertise in Corporate systems, User Experience Design, leadership of IT Web teams, portal optimization, and managing global web caching. A successful track record in delivering Enterprise-scale platforms and tools across the organization is crucial. Proven experience in managing corporate platforms, platform and web Implementation, operations, Intranet management, Content Management Systems, and significant corporate SaaS products is essential. Moreover, skills in localized design across the toolset, optimizing at scale, and managing vendors and third-party platforms are expected, with a preference for backgrounds in Technology or Financial verticals.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Streamlining corporate platforms, emphasizing Best of Breed selections, security, and cost-efficiency through consolidation.
- Crafting the vision and strategy for innovative digital experiences catering to employee needs at an Enterprise scale.
- Building and leading a specialized IT Web Platform team to enhance business agility and efficiency during expansion.
- Overseeing the implementation of tools for the company intranet, including web platforms, web caching, wikis, CMS, and collaboration tools.
- Collaborating extensively with various departments for executing strategic corporate initiatives and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Leading internal and external projects to enhance self-service capabilities and communication efficiency across the organization.
- Cultivating a culture of innovation and continual improvement within the IT team to elevate digital experiences using the latest technology.
- Developing and implementing KPIs to measure success and impact of digital initiatives, emphasizing tangible and measurable outcomes.
Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 20 years of experience in digital experience design, global leadership in UX/UI, Employee Web development, IT platform operations, and Content Management Systems.
- Demonstrated experience in building and managing a Digital Web Experience at scale within a recognized Enterprise company, preferably in the Technology or Financial sector.
- Track record of leading successful digital projects with cost-saving outcomes and efficiency improvements.
- Strong people management skills with a proven ability to build and lead high-performing IT teams.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional alignment to achieve business goals.
- Innovative mindset with a passion for developing transformative digital experiences.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
