As part of our operations function, you will work closely with the General Manager to develop business strategies aligned with company goals. Your role involves overseeing various functions such as marketing, customer support, legal, and compliance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will drive the implementation and maintenance of operational processes, interpret data to make informed business decisions, and foster a culture of trust and accountability within the team.

We are looking for a proactive individual with strong project management skills, proven ability to work across teams, and excellent leadership qualities. If you possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are a critical thinker with high ethical standards, we encourage you to apply. Experience in crypto exchanges, FinTech, or startups, as well as an interest in crypto or trading, are considered advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop business strategies aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Plan and monitor day-to-day business operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency across various functions.
  • Establish operational processes in line with business objectives and lead the team towards achieving set goals.
  • Analyze data to drive business priorities and oversee budgeting to optimize costs and benefits.
  • Foster a team culture of trust, accountability, and productivity.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and drive their successful execution.
  • Mentor and motivate teams to enhance productivity and engagement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and execute projects effectively.
  • Track record of implementing efficient processes and working in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law, Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Deadline-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a diverse team environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in crypto exchanges, FinTech, or regulated industries.
  • Experience working in a multinational or matrix environment.
  • Interest in cryptocurrencies or trading.
