The Market Data, Data Platform, and Real-time Streaming Platform teams specialize in providing critical data insights, foundational datasets, and real-time data services to drive operational and strategic excellence within the organization.
Market Data Team
Our Market Data team is at the forefront of developing standardized platforms and tools that offer insights into data providers, financial assets, and market conditions. They focus on creating and maintaining high-quality datasets and analytical tools to provide invaluable insights into financial markets.
Data Platform
The Data Platform team drives innovation in data handling by offering cutting-edge tools and essential blockchain datasets necessary for organizational success. Their expertise in deploying scalable solutions and streamlining data workflows ensures that Chainlink Labs remains at the forefront of data-driven decision-making.
Real-time Streaming Platform
Dedicated to providing seamless access to real-time data streams and APIs, the Real-time Streaming Platform team empowers engineering teams with the tools needed for integration, monitoring, and analysis of the Chainlink ecosystem. They play a critical role in developing a robust internal platform that ensures data timeliness, quality, and security.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional engineering experience in a collaborative product-driven environment
- Proficiency in working on cloud-based big data systems (AWS, GCP)
- Strong experience with SQL, Python, and real-time streaming technologies like Kafka
- Proven track record in designing, building, and scaling production services
- Experience leading multi-month projects and effectively communicating progress and risks to stakeholders
Preferred Requirements
- Interest or experience in blockchain and other Web 3.0 technologies
- Familiarity with OLAP technologies such as Presto/Trino, Spark, Hadoop, Athena, or BigQuery
- Experience in Golang or any other strongly-typed programming language
Selection Process
We follow a role-agnostic hiring process for our core engineering teams, assessing your skills and strengths against our engineering standards and placing you in the most suitable team as you progress through the process. You will have the opportunity to interact with engineers and leadership from various core teams during the evaluation.

Roles at Chainlink Labs are global and remote-based, requiring some overlap in working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST) unless specified otherwise.
