📢 Agencies, influencers & KOL managers looking for plug-and-play staffing solutions
🤝 Marketing agencies or advisors who want to refer community services
🏛️ Devs or CMOs launching soon but lacking strong community infrastructure
What We’re Looking For
You know the Web3 space: launchpads, founders, telegram groups, Twitter activityYou build and manage relationships — not just collect contact lists
You’re sharp, proactive, and speak founder-to-founder
You’re hungry to earn and treat this like business, not side work
Bonus: You already have warm relationships in DeFi, memecoins, NFTs, or launchpads
How It WorksCommission-based:
You earn 20% on every client you close
Our average deal is $300–$1,000/week per client
You get full sales support, pitch materials, onboarding guides & proven funnels
You bring the energy + relationships. We handle delivery & retention.
Top BD partners are earning $2,000–$5,000+/month
Bonus Perks Get $250 bonus on every $5000 deals closed and that’s different from commissions

We are looking for a Community Manager who is passionate about Web3 and eager to help grow our online community. You will manage and engage our presence on:
X (Twitter)
Telegram
Your goal is to foster engagement, collect user feedback, and help shape the voice of Neonflick in the community.
🔹 Responsibilities
Actively manage and engage our X and Telegram communities
Respond to user questions and feedback
Collect and summarize user feedback into actionable insights
Prepare regular community activity reports
Suggest improvements based on community engagement
Work closely with the team to align community strategy with the project vision

Ambassador for Prediction market project
Create engaging presentations or pitches about the platform’s features (e.g., betting on events, oracle integration, rewards) for social media, Discord, Telegram, or webinars.
Record Videos: Produce short promotional videos (1-3 minutes) demoing the platform, explaining prediction mechanics, or sharing success stories; post on YouTube, TikTok, X, or project channels.
Participate in AMAs: Join live Ask Me Anything sessions (1-2 hours weekly) to answer community questions, highlight updates, and build trust as a knowledgeable advocate.
