We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Virtual Assistant to support our expanding Amazon e-commerce business. This role is essential to streamlining our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Listing Optimization: Create and optimize product listings with compelling titles, descriptions, images, and relevant keywords.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and coordinate product reorders to prevent stockouts.
Customer Service: Provide prompt and exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing returns.
Advertising: Assist in setting up and managing Amazon PPC campaigns, track results, and make adjustments for optimization.
Reporting: Gather and analyze sales data, generating reports to track key performance metrics.
Setup and Logistics: Must known all account setup, logistics, and issues.
Qualifications:
Required:
Amazon e-commerce experience is a MUST
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Self-starter with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
Preferred:
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central tools.
Experience with product sourcing and keyword research software (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout).
Basic understanding of Amazon PPC advertising.
