What You’ll Own 🚀

• Community Growth & Engagement: Build, nurture, and scale highly engaged communities across Discord, Telegram, Twitter (X), Reddit, and more.
   
• Content Creation: Post compelling and consistent gaming-related content including updates, reviews, memes, and opinion pieces to drive interaction and build loyalty.
   
• Live Interactions: Host AMAs, Twitter Spaces, livestreams, and in-game events to activate community members and spotlight partners.
   
• Sentiment Management: Monitor community health, ensure trust and safety, and take proactive action against scams, spam, and negativity.
   
• Data & Feedback Loops: Use analytics tools to track community KPIs, gather insights, and ensure member feedback reaches the product and marketing teams.
   
• Campaigns & Collaborations: Launch community campaigns and partner with KOLs, devs, guilds, and creators in the Web3 gaming space to boost visibility and trust.
   
• Crisis Response: Tackle community concerns quickly and tactfully, especially during outages, PR issues, or product hiccups.
   
• Support Systems: Deploy bots, FAQs, and scalable support tools to streamline community help and reduce friction.
  
   

What You Bring to the Table

• 2+ years of experience in community management, ideally in gaming or Web3.
   
• Deep knowledge of Web3 gaming, NFTs, DAOs, and decentralized ecosystems.
   
• High emotional intelligence and empathy—you care deeply about the player/user experience.
   
• A proactive, self-starting mindset with exceptional written and verbal English skills.
   
• Strong command over Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and community growth tools.
   
• Comfortable with analytics, sentiment tracking, and adjusting strategies based on data.
   
• Bonus: A personal network in the gaming/Web3 space or prior content creation/streaming experience.
