Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete development process, managing frontend, backend, operations, and smart contract implementations.
  • Lead the development of decentralized applications by coordinating with both frontend and backend teams, ensuring seamless integration with smart contracts.
  • Collaborate with the team to strategize, plan, and successfully execute projects.
  • Conduct regular code and design reviews across the software stack to uphold quality and security standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficient in managing the complete software stack, including frontend, backend, and smart contract development.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience with Ethereum and other EVM blockchains.
  • Familiarity with crypto economics and its integration into software design and development.
  • Previous experience in CeFi and DeFi crypto trading strategies, encompassing options, futures, perpetual swap, and leveraged trading.
  • Ability to independently lead and collaborate in an agile, fast-paced team environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in leading a small team of software engineers.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or active involvement in the blockchain/crypto community.
