About the Team
Join our dynamic Global Growth Team, tasked with developing customer-centric experiences to attract and retain new users to the organization. Our growing social media team spearheads global brand awareness campaigns and manages product marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention through engaging with customers across various social platforms.
About the Opportunity
As a Senior Social Media Manager, you will directly report to the Social Media Director and play a vital role in expanding our global social presence. You will collaborate closely with teams such as Product Marketing, Events, Partnerships, Content, and Brand Design to optimize content strategies and capitalize on emerging trends to enhance our social channels, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Creation of daily content across major social platforms, with a focus on product-related content
- Oversight of operational social media tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Project management of social media distribution requests, calendar alignment, and editorial prioritization
- Travel within Asia for providing social media coverage at events
- Collaboration with the brand team to creatively showcase brand moments
- Working with product marketing to highlight product features to key audiences
- Assistance with social team initiatives, optimizations, and content planning to drive channel growth
- Analysis of essential marketing metrics and social media analytics
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management
- Proficient understanding of the crypto market
- Demonstrated success in growing and engaging communities on various social platforms
- Proven ability to create compelling and interactive social media content
- Strong emotional intelligence, leadership skills, and prioritization abilities
