Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Compliance Tech & Insights Intern with expertise in Compliance systems and data management to support the development of reporting and insights capabilities for data-driven compliance. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the Global Compliance Program by ensuring data integrity, providing valuable insights, and creating analytical tools to empower compliance officers to make informed decisions.

Key Duties Include:

Collaborating with Compliance Program and Product teams to design dashboards and reports for AML, Sanctions, and KYC controls.

Conducting analytics on BSA/AML compliance controls, optimizing controls for regulatory examinations.

Developing self-service dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Documenting system designs for Compliance program elements, ensuring compliance with regulators' requirements.

Applying statistical analysis techniques to solve complex business problems through structured and unstructured data analysis.

Working with cross-functional teams to establish an end-to-end process for regulatory reporting.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Science, Computer Science, or related field.

Prior experience in data management and analytics, preferably in banking, consulting, or financial technology industry.
