The Engineering Team

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional engineering experience within a collaborative product-driven setting
  • Expertise in key languages like Golang, Typescript, Solidity, or Rust
  • Keen interest in blockchain, web3, and decentralized technologies
  • Strong English communication and organizational skills, both written and oral
  • Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals
  • Comfortable with remote work within a distributed team spanning multiple time zones

Preferred Requirements

  • Background in communicating project progress, dependencies, and risk mitigation with stakeholders
  • Experience in blockchain and Web 3.0 technologies as a developer or in backend services
  • Involvement in the open-source community
  • Track record of mentoring and guiding junior developers
