Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to contribute significantly to our LATAM-focused partner-centric go-to-market strategy. In this role, collaboration with Distribution Partners in various sectors including Web3 and Web2 Wallets, Neobanks, Fintech, Investment and cross-border payment platforms, and NGOs in Latin America - particularly focusing on Brazil and Mexico, is key. Fluency in local languages is essential.
As part of a cross-functional team, your role involves spearheading co-marketing campaigns, advising partners on promoting Circle products effectively, working on marketing strategy, content development, PR and communication, and campaign performance analytics.
This strategic position aims to drive growth objectives related to the global issuance and usage of USDC. You will report to the Sr. Director of Marketing specializing in Partner Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing activities in large-scale partnership engagements in LATAM to boost USDC growth.
- Implement co-marketing campaigns with partners to target end-users or customers effectively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner marketing teams, ensuring efficient collaboration and campaign planning.
- Develop and oversee partner marketing content like blog posts, case studies, and social media efforts.
- Create educational resources for partners including frameworks, process documents, and product overviews.
- Analyze campaign outcomes, measure performance, and generate insightful reports.
- Attend in-person meetings with strategic partners in the region and engage in local ecosystem events to amplify the visibility of partnerships and products in LATAM.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in Partner Marketing, Web3 Marketing, Consumer Finance or Payments Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Business Development with exposure to B2B or B2B2C financial services.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish and a deep understanding of the LATAM market are essential.
- Expertise in web3, blockchain, digital currency, fintech, and growth marketing.
- Demonstrated capability in campaign management and creation of marketing collateral.
- Self-driven, adept at tackling technical intricacies, and a quick learner.
- Effective in structuring activities in unorganized settings and collaborating skillfully with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and MacOS.
