As a valued Member of Trading Operations, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients in daily activities related to digital asset instruments. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the post-trade life-cycle functions of digital assets, ensuring prompt settlements, reconciliation, and implementing robust risk management protocols. This position demands expertise in cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, financial operations, and risk mitigation. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical acumen, the ability to manage complex tasks, organizational proficiency, along with effective communication and influencing skills. You should also have comprehensive knowledge of settlement operations, as well as an understanding of the regulatory and operational aspects at each stage. Collaborating with various teams and working closely with client operations are key aspects of this role to develop and refine processes and procedures.

Technical Skills:
- Demonstrating a deep understanding of traditional financial services, products, and strategies to offer thought leadership and strategic guidance to Anchorage Digital clients.
- Efficiently managing Counterparty and Client settlement requests within agreed SLAs, while monitoring progress towards established KPIs for trade operations.
- Supporting daily spot, lending, and derivatives operations, ensuring accurate processing, timely completion, and adherence to established procedures.
- Utilizing blockchain explorers, trading platforms, and other software to reconcile and monitor activity across digital assets.
- Performing cash positioning and inventory management to optimize treasury management, mitigate risks, and streamline client settlements.
- Cultivating collaboration with Engineering and Product teams to enhance trading, settlement, and risk operations workflows.
- Engaging with Accounting and Finance teams to ensure timely provision of accurate trade data and resolution of breakages.
- Leading process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Having a comprehensive understanding of the crypto industry, tokens, protocols, and their applications.

Qualifications:
- Possess 3+ years of experience supporting settlement activities for institutional clients in traditional and crypto asset classes.
- Showcase strong problem-solving skills and agility to identify risks and pivot when goals change.
Desired but not required:
- Familiarity with Python and SQL.
- Background in crypto-native institutions.
- Passion for building early-stage startups.
- Appreciation for narratives like the soundtrack to Hamilton.
