About the role
You will play a key role in scaling and organizing our engineering team. We are looking for a person who can establish efficient processes and create a comfortable environment for everyone. You’ll oversee a team of cross-functional Engineers and partner with Leadership & Product Management to define meaningful metrics, processes, and practices.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead a distributed team of cross-functional Engineers.
- Establish best practices to ensure a high-quality product & consistent delivery of working systems on time.
- Design, implement, and document product development, testing, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with Leadership & Product Management on roadmapping, technical planning & prioritization.
- Align your team or multiple teams with organizational strategy and principles, continuously working toward shared objectives.
- Grow engineers’ skills, experience and confidence through regular 1:1s, coaching, actionable feedback, work and peer alignment, and career advocacy.
- Manage, support, and evaluate engineers’ performance.
- Maintain and strengthen Zerion’s culture of growth, openness, trust, mutual support, and care.
- Hire new talent for the team.
What we are looking for:
- Experience managing and scaling an engineering team at a fast-paced organization.
- Technical knowledge to discuss issues, approaches, and solutions in depth.

- At least 4 years of experience in software development.
- At least 2 years of Engineering Management experience.

Job Responsibilities
Develop and enhance product strategies based on market analysis, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with various teams like product management, marketing, engineering, and finance to implement effective monetization strategies.

Create pricing models that drive growth and acquisition while maintaining profitability.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in product strategy, product management, Consulting, or Finance within a tech-driven environment.
Ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders to align with desired outcomes.
Thorough understanding of Cryptocurrency monetization models and successful implementation experience.
Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL and Excel.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence peers.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in DEFI or Centralised Exchange.
