Responsibilities:

  • Manage and assess assigned Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) cases within specified timeframes, providing guidance to stakeholders on next actions
  • Maintain SAR escalation record, ensuring timely resolution of all escalated cases
  • Keep track of client off-boarding procedures and assist in necessary off-boarding processes
  • Escalate cases requiring further scrutiny or guidance to team leads and relevant Money Laundering Reporting Officers (MLROs)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance SAR quality, consistency, and accuracy
  • Proficiency in compliance tools and systems like Chainalysis, TRM, Elliptic, Kodex, World-Check, etc.
  • Understanding of local laws, regulations, and upcoming virtual currency policies

Requirements:
